We make use of a variety of tests and questionnaires to assess intellectual and professional aptitude, as well as personality traits. Depending on the diagnostic needs, we use a wide range of psychometric tests or, if necessary, we create the appropriate tools.
PSI Polska is the only company in Poland offering the WAVE Professional Styles Questionnaire - a new generation psychometric tool. This questionnaire links professional diagnosis, motives and talents, as well as preferred workplace culture.

To test the personality traits and intellectual aptitude, we use Psychological Test Workshop (Pracownia Testów Psychologicznych - PTP), SHL tests as well as other tests depending on Clients’ individual needs.

To test occupational aptitude, we have developed special tools to measure competence, mainly knowledge and skills, based on sets of open questions, tests and case studies.
