Individual and Team Coaching
The main goal of coaching is to provide the Client with tools to increase his or her natural abilities to achieve results and build self-confidence concerning those abilities.
Coaching – our approach:
Coaching is a systematised development process to support the Client (the participant) in defining and realising goals. Thanks to the tools selectively applied by the coach, the Client finds effective solutions, strategies of action and decision-making. The participant may, on the one hand, identify his or her specific competences which are his or her potential; on the other hand, he has the opportunity to select and improve those competences which will ensure his effectiveness and success in action.
The goal of coaching is for the Client to improve his or her way of achieving results in the area he or she has defined with the help of the Coach. Thanks to this process, Clients improve their efficiency and satisfaction. Coaching concentrates on the present and the future, using information about the past as the basis for preparing the best solutions for the Client, and then implementing them. |
