PLANT MANAGER

Location: northwestern Poland

Our Client is a large and globally renowned manufacturer of packaging products for consumer marketing companies all over the world.
Plant Manager will be responsible for development and implementation of the strategy for the plant, high quality and efficient production management. He/she will manage plans and budget in order to supply the market with competitive products. Plant Manager’s duties will be managing all factory de-partments (excluded sales department); establishing the goals and objectives of the plant and ensur-ing their delivery according to the business plan; developing and managing budget of the plant and achieving productivity goals set by the company. Plant Manager will report to the Operations Director who is located abroad and will manage the team of 160 people.
